RESIDENTIAL TENANCY AGREEMENT

12. RENT REVIEW

18. BOND

21. BREAK LEASE
If the tenant ends the tenancy early, the tenant remains liable for rent until a new tenant is secured, plus a re-letting fee equal to one week of rent.

23. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Tenant acknowledges electronic service of notices is permitted to the email on this agreement.
